Are estimates free?
Yes. Estimates are always free, for insurance claims and for customers paying themselves.
Do I have to use the shop my insurance company picks?
No. Texas law lets you choose where your car is repaired. We work with any insurance company.
My car isn't drivable. Can you help get it to INC for repair?
Call (832) 433-7296. We can discuss bringing your vehicle to INC for repair. Pickup is free for eligible repair customers when our team confirms eligibility and availability by phone. We do not offer towing for hire.
